3. Payments & Bookings For 1:1 sessions and bespoke services, payment terms are outlined in your specific proposal or at the point of checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, as we dedicate significant time and expertise to every client.
4. Liability We work hard to ensure our systems are "chef's kiss" quality. However, The Social Club Media is not liable for any technical glitches on third-party platforms (like Instagram or Meta) or for any indirect losses related to your business performance.
